Planning and design industry briefing and request for proposal
South Bank Corporation is creating a master plan to renew and reinvigorate the precinct to ensure South Bank’s longevity for future generations.
The Corporation is seeking master planners to help shape South Bank’s future.
The Future South Bank Master Plan will build on the precinct’s iconic features, while harnessing new ideas to make it an exciting and dynamic place. It will help shape the long-term future of South Bank, while remaining aligned to the Corporation’s vision and values.
The master plan will be used to guide future decisions about the built form, land uses, visitor experiences, collaboration and place management opportunities.
Planning and design industry briefing A planning and design industry briefing will be held at 9:00am on Tuesday, 12 November 2019.
Seating capacity at the briefing venue is limited to a maximum of two attendees from each organisation. Please note, a confidentiality agreement will need to be signed from each company in attendance (a copy is available via the QTenders link below).
The RFP is available via QTenders reference number RFPF19168.
Please note, respondents will need to sign a confidentiality agreement to receive a copy of the request for proposal.
